Shipping and Handling Policy

Order processing
All orders will be processed within 24 - 48 hours of placing the order if placed during normal business hours ( M-F 8:00 – 7:00 EST). In-stock items will be shipped within 3 business days unless noted differently at the individual product description page. Please allow additional time for customization items. As none of our items are mass-produced and require a longer production time, inventory levels may fluctuate. Although we do our best to keep this updated continuously, something may go out of stock. Should a delay occur in your order, we will notify you immediately to discuss how you wish to proceed. (Shipments to AK, HI, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO require additional time)

Packaging
We believe every item you receive should be a special gift experience moment. Your purchase will be shipped to you in our elegant signature packaging (unless stated otherwise on the individual product page).

Track your order
When you submit your order online, you will receive a confirmation of your order via e-mail (trusting your e-mail address is correct), phone, or mail. You can track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free on most orders, but charges may apply for irregular size or particularly heavy items (as noted in item description).


Standard Delivery
Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (EST).


International Shipments
We are currently only shipping to USA addresses.
We may change these terms from time to time, so please review with each purchase.

Return policy
Merchandise must be in unused condition, in the original Trawick & Martin gift box, and accompanied by a copy of sales or gift receipt. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Trawick & Martin and may only be refunded as a store credit less shipping charges. Additional return charges may apply

If you have received an item as a gift, you may exchange it for a store credit less shipping charges to your Trawick & Martin account (you will need to register your details) within 30 days of delivery. The amount is automatically deducted from your next purchase and will be valid for one year. Please be aware that you may need to pay any cost difference, additional shipping, taxes and import duties. To schedule your return please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

No Returns or Refunds on the following products:

• Special orders

• Custom made products

• Personalized products

• Limited Editions or Collectables that have dealer stamps or registration filled out by us or recipient


Shipping Errors and Damages
If the package is visibly damaged; do not accept delivery. All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to you. Should you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 7 business days after delivery for return instructions. Make sure to save the original shipping box and packing materials in which your purchase arrived. You will not be charged delivery and processing for items found to be damaged during delivery.

Order changes/cancelations
If we have not shipped your order or begun customizing the item(s) for which you have requested customization, you may request to change or cancel your order. For the fastest service, please call 1-800-506-9775.
